Healthcare customer service experience is required

Type of Hire: Temp to hire

Start Date: ASAP-  

Location: Onsite > Chandler, AZ 85224

Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $20/hr

Client is an Infusion Pharmacy – they manage the intake, Insurance, Rx and administer the drugs in their infusion pharmacies across Western United. Now hiring for a customer service rep to work onsite in Chandler location

Their Job Description:

• Responsible to assist patients with inbound calls regarding their intake process, insurance, infusion scheduling
• Responsible to manage outbound calls as needed – mostly follow up for quick patient updates or call backs
• Must be comfortable with MS Office.
• Register new patient
• Verify insurance

Requirements:

• HSD or GED Required
• Patient engagement – ideally in a scheduling role: appointments, procedures, etc
• Call center experience
• Need flexible/adaptable candidates to jump in with minimal training
