UNCAPPED COMMISSION!!
Hybrid Property & Casualty/Personal Lines position
- Must be a current licensed Producer
- Must have Georgia Resident license
- Must have Property &Casualty or Personal Lines License
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
Target Start Date: November 17, 2025
Training Length: 8 weeks Onsite (no time off during training)
Training Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm GA time
Post-Training Schedule:
· Evening shifts ending at 8:00pm Monday-Friday and ending at 5:00pm on Saturdays.
· There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation
· Will work a 9-hour Monday shift with a 7-hour shift later in the week
Post-Training Location: Remote Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings)
Job Description
- Quote and sell insurance products
- Advise/consult prospective customers on what is the best coverage
- Offer expert advice on appropriate insurance coverage and options, ensuring prospects receive the best possible guidance based on
- their circumstances.
- Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds
- regarding their insurance and driving history.
- Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies.
- Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them
- into satisfied customers.
- Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs when customer service is not
- available.
- Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure compliance and improve policy retention.
- Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations,
- and maintain state licensing.
Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $25/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan (average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers)
Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $26.75/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan (average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers)
