Job Opening: Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite in Plantation or Miramar, Florida
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Project Duration:
September 29 – October 2, 2025
Candidates must be available to work the full schedule.
Position Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative – Four-Day Project
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with benefit-related inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve consumer issues with professionalism
- Educate members on the status of submitted documents and service requests
- Achieve performance targets in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience is a strong plus
- Must be available and committed to work September 29 through October 2, 2025
