Position Details
- Title: Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote)
- Pay Rate: $16/hour (weekly pay)
- Schedule: Must be available Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–10 PM EST (you will work an assigned 8-hour shift within these hours and must be available for Saturdays).
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls (and outbound as needed).
- Provide patients and healthcare providers with accurate, timely information.
- Assist with application status updates and next-step instructions.
- Follow structured call scripts while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Document calls and case information accurately across multiple internal systems.
- Adhere to company policies, KPIs, and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For

- Required: At least 1 year of recent call center customer service experience (no exceptions).
- Healthcare or medical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multi-task using dual monitors and multiple programs at once.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet, modem access, and a quiet home workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
