Position: Medical Case Manager
Pay: $19/hr. Weekly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Mon-Fri between 7am-8pm CST
Location: Remote in qualifying states *LA/UT/TN/FL/GA/AZ*
Equipment: Provided
Start Date: November 2025

 

Job Duties include:

  • Prior-Authorizations (PAs) and Insurance Verification
  • Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers via telephone & email.
  • Verify Patient’s Insurance Coverage.
  • Claims, Denials, Appeals, etc.
  • Billing and Coding
  • Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.) *No exceptions*
  • MUST be willing to do a virtual interview. 
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Experience w/ Medicare/Medicaid program administration
  • Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing
  • Experience or knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a HUGE PLUS!
  • Must have NO attendance issues.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Must confirm identification with ID on camera. No exceptions.
