Location: Onsite Miramar, Florida
Pay Rate: $18/hour for bilingual Spanish–English talent; $17/hour for English-only speakers
Start Date: December 2025
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts begin at 10:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m., Monday through Sunday.
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Healthcare Call Center Agents to join our team in Miramar, Florida. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting consumers with inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding healthcare-related documentation and requests. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls only, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Own consumer inquiries from start to resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Educate callers on the status of submitted documents and requests.
- Meet established performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience with the same employer.
- Prior call center experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English a Plus
