Digital Support Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Office – LAX Area)
Type: Full-Time
The Digital Support Associate provides front-line support for the company’s website, branded microsites, and digital systems. This role focuses on user support, basic website and content updates, system access management, and administrative coordination across digital programs and platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide web-based and phone support to internal teams and franchise owners
- Assist with website content updates, page management, and user access
- Support onboarding and offboarding of franchise users and systems
- Provide basic training on website tools and digital applications
- Coordinate digital updates, campaigns, vendors, and billing documentation
- Perform data processing and follow established support procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital support, IT support, or customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Exposure to CMS platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic HTML
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually – may have a little flexibility
