Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

- Assist with filing, document management, and office organization
- Support team members with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred
