Direct Hire | Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Billing Coordinator to support our Residential, Commercial, and Hollow Metal departments. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, exceptional customer service, and efficient processing of service-related documentation.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls for multiple locations
- Create service tickets based on customer conversations via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Review completed work and manually generate accurate invoices
- Request, track, and process purchase orders for approved repair work
- Submit invoices through customer billing portals
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and customers to ensure timely billing
- Follow up with internal and external contacts regarding missing billing information
- Verify billing details, including rates, quantities, discounts, and account information
- Process credit card payments
- Maintain invoicing logs and operational service spreadsheets
- Send invoices and customer billing documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in estimating and/or billing for commercial, industrial, service, repair, or related industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong understanding of business processes
- Experience working within customer billing systems or portals is preferred
