Description
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups regarding medical inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
- Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
- High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
Qualifications: 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience (Required – no exceptions!) Strong attention to detail & accuracy Knowledge of medical benefits, Prior Auth, EOB's preferred but not required. Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
