Job Opening: Agency Support Representative

RemX is seeking Onsite Agency Support Representatives for a reputable company in Fremont MI

Pay Rate: $16/hr.

Shift: 8:45am-5:30pm – 45 min lunch // 2–15-minute breaks                                               

Position Details:

• Answer phone calls from agents and back-office staff

• Assist with a multitude of questions pertaining to policy, admin, claims, etc.

• Assist with logging into the portal and entering applications
