Customer Service Specialist | 9-12 Month Contract | $25/hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customer onboarding, account maintenance, pricing support, and customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience, SAP knowledge, and an understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology. This is an office-based role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer onboarding and account setup
• Maintain and update customer account information
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service, account support, or customer-facing experience
• SAP experience required
• Manufacturing industry knowledge required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
