Job Opening: REMOTE $16/hr. Medical Records Outbound Specialist ***Dallas, TX***

Position: Work from Home Medical Records Outbound Specialist

Position details:

·      High volume phones all day making calls to providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.

·      May take a few inbound when needed.

·      May have to schedule a technicians to go out to locations to pick up records.

Additional Information:

Need to be detail oriented in your work – reading the notes on each org before calling, disposition calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high-quality work.

To be successful, the Outreach Agent will need to be able to toggle applications and screens with ease.

Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay & full benefits

Training: M-F Day shift 8a-4:30p

Post Training Shift: M-F Day shift 8a-4:30p

IMPORTANT:

·      NO TIME OFF DURING THE FIRST 90 DAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes per-planned vacations, Dr. Appointments, etc.

·      Must have a quiet place to work at home with ZERO distractions

·      Must have high speed internet in your home

Equipment: Equipment will be shipped to your home
