Job Opening: Wholesale Order Entry Representative

RemX is seeking Onsite Wholesale Order Entry Representatives for a reputable client in Jacksonville FL 

Pay Rate: $20.00 hr.

Work schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 5:00pm EST

 Job Duties:

• Enter manual wholesale orders through SAP
• Manage Sample requests from the moment it is received until shipment and tracking are complete
•  Coordinate with the warehouse teams on air, international, and special-handling shipments, including customs paperwork for international orders.
•  Follow up to ensure orders ship complete, then confirm entry to the requestor with the SAP order number and provide tracking once it is available.

 Job Requirements:

•High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.

•Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP or order-management system is strongly preferred.

•Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and CoPilot.

• A strong ability to self-manage and prioritize workloads that change rapidly throughout the workday.

•A self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and focused, able to multi-task and work well within a team.

• Superior communication skills, as the role requires the creation of detailed, professional emails.
