Join a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client’s remote team and play a key role in helping patients access the care they need.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
- Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
- Research and resolve insurance-related issues
Qualifications:
- Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate
- Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- 1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required
Requirements:
- 1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required
- NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FIRST 90 DAYS.
- Must be able to accept a 8hr. shift between 8a-8pm M-F.
