Job Opening: Customer Service Representative

Location: Syracuse, NY 13208

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• $20.50/hour

Overtime:

• Not mandatory but strongly encouraged
• Saturday: Pay Rate at Time and a Half
• Sunday: Pay Rate at Double Time

Requirements

• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and move quickly
• Stable work history
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine when to escalate issues
• Call Center
• Customer Service
• Retail
• Food Service

Job Responsibilities

Associates will handle approximately 50-80 calls per day and provide support for:

• Customer order placement
• Delivery status inquiries
• Delivery driver support
• Sales representative support
• Invoice-related questions
• Basic Accounts Receivable functions (training provided)
