RemX is seeking candidates that are dependable individuals who enjoy helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role supports customers, delivery teams, and sales representatives while handling order inquiries, delivery updates, invoice questions, and issue resolution.

  • Title: Call Center Rep
  • Location: Onsite (Syracuse, NY 13208)
  • Pay: $20.50/hr
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
  • Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling 50-80 calls per day
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable attendance and stable work history
  • Call center, retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred
