Job Opening: Administrative Bid Coordinator
Description
RemX Staffing is seeking an Administrative Bid Coordinator in Cary, NC.
This is hybrid position that requires training onsite and will then move to remote with occasional onsite.
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Managing Invitation to Bids (ITBs), downloading plans, specs, creating project folders, assessing bid needs, and uploading plan sets into system.
- Preparing bid form
- Utilize and update customer management (CRM) system
- Review bids received from estimating and create a bid package to send to the customer
- Work with estimating & order entry teams to resolve order issues on the ICO tool.
- Other projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to easily navigate online systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
- Plan reading experience a plus
