Pay Rate: $18.77/hr
Contract till August. Possible permanent opportunities based on business needs, performance and attendance.
Must have good computer navigation skills, customer service, grammar/communication skills and aptitude to learn complex concepts.
RemX seeking Customer Service Representatives dealing with colleges and universities regarding Financial Aid.
Responsible for the security of workstation and work area in regards to the confidentiality of the data and the systems
- Type data into required systems with both speed and accuracy.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls on behalf of school client’s offices
- Assist other areas of company as needed and maintain standards as assigned
- Ability to work independently on tasks such as manual calls, completing return mail, skip tasks, and adding reference information to accounts while meeting completion timelines set per department.
- Maintain department standards and achieve goals
- High-level of knowledge of the financial aid process and all loan phases, from pre-loan thru pay-off, including the ability to answer loan status questions.
- Provide feedback to department and company.
