RemX is seeking Onsite Call Center Reps for our healthcare client located in Miramar, FL.

• Title: Call Center Rep
  
• Location: Onsite (Miramar, FL 33027)
• Pay: $17-$18
• Hours: Mon-Sun 8am-11pm (Each week you will work at least 1 weekend day)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

• 1 year of Call Center experience with the same company
• High School diploma
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
