RemX is seeking Customer Service Reps for our client. You must have great computer navigation skills, customer service, grammar/communication skills and aptitude to learn complex concepts.

You will be amongst a dedicated team that serves as an essential business office partner for colleges and universities nationwide. You will continuously support higher education institutions by answering question for enrollees, parents, and guardians.

• Pay Rate: $18.77 an hr
• Start Date: 5/19/2025
• Position Type: Contract 3-Month
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
• Hiring Process: Pass Background and Drug Screen

Duties

• Accurately input and process data at an efficient pace within required systems
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to support the financial offices of higher education institutions
• Provide assistance across departments as needed, adhering to company standards
• Handle independent tasks such as processing return mail, conducting manual calls, tracking skip data, and updating reference details within set timelines
• Strive to meet departmental benchmarks and performance goals
• Exhibit an advanced understanding of financial aid procedures, covering all stages of loan management from initial application to final repayment
• Offer constructive feedback to enhance departmental operations
• Meet company-defined metrics for call statistics, quality assurance, and adherence to schedules
• Participate in assigned projects to support organizational initiatives
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, ensuring availability for various shifts
• Uphold the confidentiality and security of workstation and work area, ensuring data protection
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
• Maintain a professional demeanor in both appearance and interactions
• Approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations
