Member Experience Specialist / Customer Service (Hybrid)
Location: Warminster, PA 18974 (Required to work in office on Wednesday)
Pay: $22.45 plus full benefits
Type: Direct Hire
Hours: 8:45a-5:00p M-F- Saturdays are currently on a volunteer basis with overtime pay 9:00a-12:00pm
As a Member Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for members of a busy credit union—delivering top-tier service across phone, in-person, chat, and email. You’ll handle account inquiries, promote digital banking tools, open new accounts, and guide members through our products and services. This role combines personalized service with a focus on digital adoption, cross-selling, and compliance.

Experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred; high school diploma required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.
