Location: Philadelphia, PA 19130 (100% Onsite)
Pay: $22.45/hour + Full Benefits
Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and building strong relationships in a professional banking environment? As a Branch Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a key representative of the credit union—supporting members with everything from basic account inquiries to loan processing and account management.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist members in person, over the phone, through chat, and via email.
- Open new accounts, process account updates, and help members manage their banking products and services.
- Support members with loan applications, banking information changes, and service requests.
- Educate members on digital tools like mobile banking and online account management.
- Promote relevant financial products and services to meet members’ needs.
- Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a strong attention to detail.
