Licensed Life and Health Customer Service Advocate
Remote (Must reside in WI, IN, MI, FL, GA, SC, NC, TX)
Start date – July 7th 2025
Training Monday – Friday day shift
Different schedules available Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:45 am – 7:00 pm EST
Monthly bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers with a service need but are required to sell to customers on all applicable calls
- Existing customers for billing issues, changes to current policy, inquiries, claims, sales, etc
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Health and Life insurance.
- Must be licensed in the state you reside.
- Must have high speed internet.
- Must have Inbound call experience.
- Must provide updated resume.
- Must have High School Diploma/GED.
