RemX is seeking experienced Licensed Life and Health Insurance agents to join our reputable client.

CAPTIVE position, you can’t have any active open book of business in any lines of insurance while employed
Start: June 2025
Location: Fully Remote, equipment provided
• Training hours = M-F, 7:30am-4:00pm CST/ 8:30am-5:00pm EST-virtual
• Contact Center Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday 7:45am to 7pm EST
• Schedules are determined with Work Force Management Department during first few weeks in training.
Salary: $38,000 – $45,000 Annually
Basic Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from existing customer regarding benefits questions (Must sell on applicable calls)
- Calls will include billing issues, policy changes, inquires claims, and sales from existing customers.
- Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses
- Average call volume per day=40-50 calls / Average call handle time= 9-15 mins
