RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administering HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment and selection processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and offboarding
- Providing guidance on employee relations issues
- Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Managing employee benefits and payroll administration
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles
- Proficient knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
