RemX is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a great team with one of the area’s most sought after companies!
Hours: day shift (37.5 hour work week)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices
- Process payments
- Maintain vendor records
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Review and approve timesheets
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Maintain calendar of events and meetings
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing (hard copy and electronic)
- Prepare reports
- Update websites, social media, and electronic communications
- Research using online resources
Job requirements for the Accounting Specialist:
- Previous experience in administrative assistant role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
