Associate Corporate Trainer
Pay: $35.57 – $40.86 hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid with 1 day remote)
Alpharetta, GA area (must reside within 25 miles)

Job Summary:
Focus will be facilitating training sessions, maintaining and updating existing training content, and supporting learner engagement. New hire onboarding, process refreshers, and system training using a variety of delivery formats including in-person and virtual instructor-led training.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging Delivery: Deliver instructor-led training sessions that bring clarity and energy to onboarding, system usage, product overviews, and process education. Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Content Maintenance: Update existing training materials—including decks, job aids, and handouts—based on SME input and organizational updates. Ensure materials reflect current policies, products, and procedures.
- Learner Feedback: Distribute and collect training evaluations. Summarize feedback and identify recurring themes for review with senior team members.
- Training Metrics: Support tracking of learner attendance, course completions, and post-session surveys within the LMS.
- Assessment Implementation: Design and conduct various assessments, surveys, and evaluation methods to gather quantitative and qualitative data on training outcomes, knowledge retention, and skill development.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent and relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva.
- Basic understanding of instructional design concepts or experience contributing to the development of training content.
- Fintech and SAAS industries knowledge preferred
