LOCATIONS: Onsite in American Fork, UT

Pay: $19 per hour

Hours of Operations: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST (No Time Off during Training)

Title: Healthcare Information Specialist

These specialists are responsible for assisting patients with processing record requests, answering incoming phone calls, and providing status updates regarding medical records.

Duties:

Process patient requests for medical records efficiently and accurately.

Answer incoming calls and provide information regarding record requests and status updates.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to support record management processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center
• Good employment tenure
• Able to navigate technical issues independently
• Able to work onsite and adhere to site policy
• Previous medical records experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Adhere to HIPPA policy and procedure
