Position: Remote Medical Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided.
Start Date: Early July 2025

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls assisting patients with medically related inquires.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
  • Provide good customer service and empathy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Provide accurate information about the prescription benefits.
  • Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. 

Qualifications: Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

    • Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required.
    • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
    • Adhere to all company required KPI'S
    • Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Active listening and problem-solving ability
    • Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • HS Diploma/Equivalent
    • Must live in the state of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
