Territory: Entire Carolina Market (16 Offices)
Type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $41,600 base + 90-day draw + generous bonus plan

Location: South Park (100% in office) M-F 9a-5p

Key Responsibilities of the Agent Recruiter:

· Actively source, attract, and pre-screen real estate agent candidates through outbound calls and relationship building.

· Execute recruiting strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline; manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding coordination.

· Partner with managers to meet hiring goals and assist with retention efforts.

· Must be social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and comfortable promoting the brand online.

Requirements of the Agent Recruiter:

· Recruiting experience with a proven track record a plus.

· Strong cold-calling, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Knowledge of real estate industry and recruiting tools.

· Approachable, energetic, and comfortable working with diverse groups.

· Bachelor’s degree a plus

· 20% travel to agent events and gatherings locally
