Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
Description
RemX is now hiring a temporary to permanent hire Customer Service Representative.
This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte, NC.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00/hour
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and assisting customers with questions regarding products, inventory due dates, and pricing.
- Keying customer orders and returns within internal system.
- Entering new customer information into system.
- Responding to inquiries via email and website.

Customer Service Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in professional customer service
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
