Customer Support Agent – Onsite

Location: Onsite – Knoxville, TN 37923

Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Overview:

RemX is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing insurance payments on behalf of banks for escrow accounts tied to mortgage loans. You’ll utilize various systems and methods to ensure timely and accurate payment delivery to insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments using CRM software, carrier websites, automated systems, or direct phone interactions
• Maintain accurate records and update payment statuses in internal systems
• Communicate with carrier customer service representatives to resolve payment issues or complete transactions
• Escalate complex issues to team leads as needed
• Monitor and manage daily workload to ensure timely completion of tasks
