Job Opening: Seeking Customer Service Reps for a Project for end of June/July! $24/hr!

RemX Staffing is currently seeking Customer Service Reps for a project at a client of our in Miramar, FL. 

Location: Miramar, FL | ONSITE

Salary: $24

Schedule: 

• Sunday 6/29 – 9am-5:30pm (Training)
• Monday 6/30 – 12:30pm-9pm
• Tuesday 7/1 – 9am-5:30pm
• Wednesday 7/2- 9:30am-6pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution for customers.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
• Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
