Job Opening: Aetna BPO Insurance Sales Agent

Aetna BPO Sales Agent                                                                                                                            

Starts: Multiple in August – October

Pay: $18.50 hourly plus $25 per issued policy (commission is paid out monthly) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:45 am – 8:00 pm

Responsibilities: 

• Making outbound calls using an automatic dialer 
• Making approximately 150-200 calls a day 
• Leaving many voicemails 
• Looking for a conversion rate on these calls of 20-35% 

Requirements:

• Must have at 1 year Medicare Sales Experience 
• Must be licensed healthcare agent 
• High Sales driven environment 
• Performance driven 
• Must be empathetic 
• Mostly outbound experience, some inbound ok
