RemX is looking for Call Center Reps in Plantation, FL. 

Location: Fully onsite

Pay: $24

Hours: This is for a 3-5 day project that happens monthly, this is NOT a long term contract to hire opportunity

Title: Customer Service Representative 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Inbound calls only 
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues 
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests 
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance 

Requirements: 

• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
• High School diploma 
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
