Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on denied commercial and Medicare claims to secure payment

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to insurance carriers

• Perform thorough documentation of all activities, including calls, research, and updates

• Enter and track data using Excel and internal systems

• Proactive and energetic—comfortable making a high volume of calls daily

• Strong initiative and follow-through

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
