POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
- Must have 2 years of call center experience.
- Must have experience working remotely.
- This position is remote but candidates must be located in Missouri.
Pay rate: $19.33/hr.
Schedule/Shift: Day shift with one weekend workday.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Customer Service Representative team members will assist patients calling in with account management and overall support needs.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer’s needs, research issues to provide alternatives or solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Meet personal/team targets.
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 2 years of previous call center experience.-REQUIRED
- Remote experience.-REQUIRED
- Personable and professional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Pharmacy or other patient care experience is a plus!!
- Located in the state of Illinois.
