Job Opening: $18-$21 (Remote) Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Must Have Active Health Insurance License)

Senior Healthcare Rep (Equipment Provided)

Start Dates:

• July 21^st
• August 6th
• August 11
• August 27th

Pay Rate:

• $20/hr during training
• $21/hr after training
• $50 per medical policy written (commission paid out monthly)

Type of Position:

• Remote Contract to Hire (Est or CST)

Training Schedule:

• Mon-Fri; 9am-5:30pm – 3-weeks (No Time Can Be Missed)
• Must be on camera for (ALL) of training

Shifts Available:

• Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:30pm EST (Must choose to work 2 days per week at a later shift time)
• Mon-Fri 10:15am-7pm EST (Must choose to work 1 day per week at 11:15am-8pm shift time)
• Mon-Fri 11:15am-8pm EST

 Senior Healthcare Rep Requirements + Responsibilities:

• Must have an active resident Healthcare license in the state you reside in
• Must have 2+ years of Medicare Sales Experience
• Agent will make 150-200 outbound calls using an automatic dialer
• Looking for a conversion rate of 20-35%
• Must be ok with leaving voicemails
• Agent will be working with the following demographic: Low income, elderly, veterans
• Must be comfortable working in a high sale driven and performance driven environment

OR

BPO Sales Agent (Equipment Provided)

• August 4^th
• August 18th
• August 25^th
• September 11
• September 15^th
• October 4^th

Pay Rate:

• $18/hr during training
• $20/hr after training
• $50 per medical policy written (Commission paid out monthly)

• Remote Contract to Hire (Est or CST)

Training Schedule:

• Mon-Fri; 9am-5:30pm – 4-weeks
• Must be on camera for (ALL) of training

Shifts (will depend on need of Supervisor):

• Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:30pm EST (Must choose to work 2 days per week at a later shift time)
• Mon-Fri 10:15am-7pm EST Must choose to work 1 day per week at 11:15am-8pm shift time
• Mon-Fri 11:15am-8pm EST

BPO Sales Agent Requirements + Responsibilities:

• Must have an active resident Healthcare license in the state you reside in
• Must have 1+ years of Healthcare Sales Experience (Medicare experience is a Plus)
• Make 150-200 daily outbound calls using automatic dialer
• Looking for a conversion rate of 20-35%
• Must be ok with leaving voicemails
