Job Opening: Senior Healthcare Insurance Agent

Senior Healthcare Reps Remote

Training Schedule: • M-F; 9am-5:30pm – 3 weeks long • Must be on camera for ALL of training

Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly during training $21.00 hourly after training

$50 per medical policy written (commission paid out monthly)

Responsibilities:

• Agent will be making outbound calls using an automatic dialer
• Will make anywhere from 150-200 calls per day (Looking for a conversion rate of 20-35%)
• Agent will be working with the following demographic: Low income, elderly, veterans

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in a high sales driven and performance driven environment
• Must be empathetic and wanting to grow with a company
• Must have an active resident Healthcare license in the state they reside in
• Must have 2+ years of Medicare Sales Experience
