Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 07/22/2025
Schedule: multiple shifts available between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
- At least one-year Inbound Customer Service in a call center.
- Must work with empathy and professionalism
- Must present experience handling B2B calls
- Experience speaking with businesses to help navigate and troubleshoot issues
- Speaking directly with businesses (vendors) who need assistance with payments, missing payments, payment changes, assistance logging into portals etc.
- Occasional tech support calls will come in which will be escalated to IT.
Training
- Will train for 4-6 weeks M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Must be fully engaged throughout and pay close attention.
