Drive Business Results

Lead cross-functional inventory adjustment meetings to maximize earnings

Review customer profitability, focusing on margin opportunities and incentive deal compliance

Collaborate with Area Director and Sales Management on incentive/MDA agreement analytics and structures to ensure profitable sales growth
-
Assist in driving revenue growth and profitability through customer rebate review and approval
-
Resolve contract pricing questions and cost issues impacting customer pricing
-
Manage and train teams on the CDMR process
-
Research, track, and resolve vendor-related issues
Planning & Forecasting
-
Partner with Area Director to develop and administer the division’s annual budget and Balance of Year (BOY) forecasting
-
Independently develop annual budgets for up to four Distribution Centers as assigned
-
Complete weekly Flash reports and monthly BOY forecasts with cross-functional collaboration on key business drivers
-
Present plans and forecasts to Area Finance Director and Area Leadership
Financial Reporting and Analysis
-
Partner with Area Finance Director and Finance Service Center (FSC) to deliver timely and accurate financial statements
-
Prepare internal management reports including internal control analyses, operational variance and trend analyses, customer profitability analyses, and decision support materials
Establish and Maintain Controls

Own Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance throughout Distribution Centers and Area
-
Serve as point of contact for DC/Area accounting and internal control issues, supporting the Area President and staff

Manage fixed asset records
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required
Experience:
-
Minimum 7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience, or 5 years in public accounting

Industry experience preferred

Ability to travel overnight as required for trainings, meetings, or company events
Skills:
-
Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP and SOx compliance

Strong expertise in financial analysis and forecasting
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
