Job Title: Remote Licensed Medicare Specialist
Schedule: Schedule: 8 AM–4:30 PM CST or EST (no PST option)
Ineligible states: AK, CA, CO, HI, LA, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hr. base + performance bonuses — typical earnings $22/hr.; top performers up to $26/hr.

o Pay Rates
- Non-Bilingual: $21/hr. base + average sales total = $23/hr.
- Spanish-Bilingual: $24/hr. base + average sales total = $26/hr. (must be fully bilingual—including translating healthcare coverage, not just conversational)
- Top Performers: Up to $28/hr. with bonuses
Job overview
- Guide customers in understanding health coverage options and choosing optimal plans for their needs.
- Deliver full-lifecycle service: handle inbound inquiries and conduct follow-up calls.
- Listen actively, respond with empathy, and propose suitable solutions.
- Cross-sell/upsell additional services when appropriate.
o Role Overview
- Handle inbound calls (re-enrollments or aging-into-Medicare)
- Conduct outbound follow-ups (qualifying leads)
- No cold calling – all calls based on customer interest
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of sales experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Must have an active state health insurance license in your resident state (Medicare-certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare sales or health insurance experience
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with reliable high-speed internet with a modem connection
- Must provide your own equipment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
