RemXis currently seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join the team of a leading freight forwarding company based in Richmond, VA. This role offers a fantastic chance to grow your career with a well-established and respected organization in the logistics industry.
Location: Midlothian, VA (Onsite Only) Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate shipment progress and status updates to clients via phone, email, and other platforms
- Enter and maintain shipment data in multiple internal systems
- Monitor shipment activity and track delivery statuses
- Assist with billing and ensure records are updated accurately
- Stay up to date on provider communication received via web, fax, email, and phone
- Organize and maintain both customer and vendor records
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Professional communication skills—written and verbal
- Availability for full-time training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
