Position Overview

Join our Medical Records Chart Retrieval team and play a critical role in ensuring timely access to patient records for our healthcare clients. You’ll make high-volume outbound calls, confirm details, and log data—working remotely while keeping Central Time hours (Houston-based schedule).

  • Location: Fully remote — you must live within 60?minutes of Houston, TX?77086
  • Rate: $16/hour + full benefits, paid weekly
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift within 8:00?am–4:30?pm CST, per team needs
  • Start Date: Projected August?2025
  • Equipment: Fully provided and shipped

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare providers to request patient charts
  • Accurately capture and enter data
  • Strictly adhere to HIPAA and operational guidelines

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of call-center/customer-service experience — required
  • Healthcare or medical-records background — a strong plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable internet, workspace, and being within 60 minutes of Houston 77086
