Pay Rate:
- $21/hour
- $24/hour for bilingual Spanish-speaking agent
Work Schedule
- Training: Remote, 2–4 weeks
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST/EST
- Shifts: Must be available between 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Sunday
- 40-hour work week
- Final schedule assigned during training
About the Role
RemX Staffing is partnering with a respected client to hire Licensed Medicare Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll use your healthcare knowledge and customer service skills to assist individuals with Medicare-related inquiries, helping them understand their coverage and guiding them toward the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers with questions about Medicare coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
- Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Provide compassionate, solution-focused support using active listening
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services based on their health and financial needs
- Identify opportunities to upgrade or enhance coverage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence – Required
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in the state where licensed
