Compensation
- Annual Salary: $38,000 – $45,000
- Bonus Opportunities: Monthly performance-based incentives available
Training & Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM CST / 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (Virtual)
- Contact Center Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–7:00 PM EST
- Work Schedule: Assigned by Workforce Management during training
Role Overview
Join a trusted organization as a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, supporting existing customers with their insurance needs. This role focuses on inbound customer service and sales, helping clients navigate their benefits and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding benefits, billing, policy changes, claims, and product inquiries
- Sell applicable products during qualifying calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport
- Maintain compliance and accuracy in documentation
- Manage an average of 40–50 calls per day with a handle time of 9–15 minutes
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Active Life & Health Insurance License – Required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Technically proficient and comfortable navigating computer systems
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
