MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES OF ALPHARETTA, GA. THIS ROLE IS FULLY ONSITE
Pay: $21/hr – BA DEGREE REQUIRED
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: Shifts vary between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturdays: Required 2–3 times/month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (overtime)
- Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 200+ daily inbound/outbound calls with customers 5–29 days past due
- Identify the root cause of delinquency and negotiate solutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support center objectives related to delinquency management
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask (talk and type simultaneously)
- Customer-focused with a self-starter mindset
- Open to feedback, adaptable to change, and eager to learn
- Required: 4-year college degree
