LOCATIONS: Onsite in Knoxville TN
Pay: $22 per hour
Start: August 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Title: Call Center Team Lead – Knoxville TN
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach a call center team of 18 agents to meet performance and service goals
- Deliver hands-on training and provide ongoing feedback to develop agent skills
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring agents stay focused, productive, and customer-centric
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages growth and retention
- Track KPIs, address performance issues, and implement action plans
Qualifications:
- Previous call center leadership experience managing minimum of 13 agents
- Proven tenure and reliability with consistent performance history
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site in Knoxville, Monday through Friday
