Job Opening: Business to Business Customer Service Onsite
Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing purchase orders, and managing claims, while maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external clients to ensure timely, accurate delivery of products and services that align with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to customer inquiries, purchase orders, and claims

Create and distribute open order reports to customers regularly

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to provide tailored product and service solutions

Process orders for full container loads and warehouse releases

Submit purchase orders to the factory for batteries, labels, and other required materials

Support Sales Managers with inquiries related to pricing, inventory, product availability, and other client-specific requests

Collaborate with customers to create, update, and revise product artwork based on client specifications

Coordinate with warehouse and quality control teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Manage customer returns, claims, and credit processing for defective products

Associates degree is required for this role

Must have business to business customer service experience
